Policy Statement

Liberty Gate Logistics encourages open communication and accountability. Individuals who observe unethical, illegal, or unsafe conduct are encouraged to report concerns without fear of retaliation.

Reportable Concerns

Protected disclosures may include:

• Financial misconduct or accounting irregularities

• Safety violations or regulatory non-compliance

• Cargo tampering or mishandling

• Discrimination, harassment, or workplace misconduct

• Violations of company policy

• Fraud or corruption

Confidentiality

Reports may be submitted confidentially. While complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed in every situation, we take reasonable measures to protect the identity of individuals who report concerns in good faith.

Non-Retaliation

Retaliation against any individual who makes a good-faith report is strictly prohibited. This includes dismissal, demotion, harassment, or any adverse employment action. Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action.

Investigation Process

All reports will be reviewed promptly. Investigations will be conducted impartially and, where appropriate, corrective measures will be implemented to address identified issues.
